Kawkawlin Township Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

KAWKAWLIN TWP, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Daniel Lee Burger, 54 of Kawkawlin Township, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material.

Burger was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Burger was in possession of child sexually abusive materials.

Following the search warrant to his residence, Burger was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material. Burger was arraigned in 74th District Court on Monday, April 5.
